Abid Bunery Buner: The 6 members’ cabinet of the Buner bar association (BBA) took oath of their responsibility here in a graceful ceremony held in the bar room on Wednesday. District and session judge-Abdul Mateen Khan administered the oath in the presence of additional district judge-Tariq Pervez Balooch, senior civil judge-Amjad Zia Sadiqui, civil judges-Ijazur Rehman Qazi and Raja Mohammad Shoaib Khan. The district coordination officer-Aurang Zeb Khan, district officer revenue-Fazlur Rehman, tehsildar Daggar-Mohammad Amin, tehsildar Charghorzai-Tariq Khan, DSP circle-Mohammad Pervez, bar member and media men participated. On the occasion the member of the election board-Dost Mohammad Khan advocate explained that this time the bar had decided to chose its new cabinet with consensus to avoid tussles in the future in the larger interest of the bar. He hoped that the unanimously chose cabinet will utilize all its energies for the sanctity of the bar. The newly elected president –Sher Mohammad Khan advocate while extending thanks to colleagues and forums added that unanimous chose of the fresh cabinet shows high approach of the bar members and assured that the trust posed in him and his cabinet will be fully honoured. He claimed that good working relationship between the bar and the bench will be established to ensure due honour of each. He promised of utilizing all his energy and seeking help of the colleagues to attract more and more finance for the bar and minimizes the difficulties being faced by the community. The honourable district judge in his wise and polite speech in English language recited from the Holy Quran and explained the only thing that both the bar and the bench plays very pivotal role in awarding justice and the best justice in the eyes of Allah is that when both of the parties express its satisfaction in the court verdict. He very politely conveyed the message that only the judges would not be able to done justice but the lawyer community as the true witness must also play positive its role to ensure speedy justice to the parties. He hoped his message would be properly received and wished if honoured to follow, he concluded.
