‘Balochistan operation against national integrity’

Report Buner: Provincial chief of the Awami National Party (ANP)-Bashir Ahmed Bilour, has expressed anguish over the on going operation in Balochistan and added that Musharraf will be responsible for disintegration of the country if occurred due to crisis in Baloochistan. While addressing a well attended gathering in village Rega here on Wednesday when about 250 PPP Sherpao and 100 Jamaat activists announced joining the ANP, Bilour went on to say that the country was pushing into war by the military bosses adding operation in Balochistan was posing treat to the national integrity. He termed the ongoing operations in tribal belt nothing else but well hatched conspiracy against the Pukhtoon and pleaded that the rulers were bent upon to subjugate own countrymen. He linked it to a move by Musharraf on the behest of foreign forces to push to wall the smaller nations within the country that he foresaw a great threat to the country. Bilour while condemning both the Mulla and Military for its concept of using force for Kashmir added that someone wars on Kashmir could not brought positive changes rather the peaceful coexistence and negotiation philosophy of great Bacha Khan is getting popularity world wide. He advocated dialogues over Kashmir; Baloochistan and rest of the issues as war would never be proved fruitful. He argued that the war ruined Afghanistan got peace only the Jirga sat to negotiate and rest of the trouble some situations could only be resolved with the philosophy of non-violence. Bilour very positively accepted rights of all of the nations and very politely claimed rights for Pukhtoon over the resources to minimize their long-standing miseries. He very fluently tried to convince the audience that the time was rip to avoid those were deceived them on the sacred name of Islam and Roti, Kapra and Makan. He urged upon the Pukhtoon to shun their pity differences and forge unity among their ranks to win all of the seats in the province in the next general elections that he claimed to be held at the end of the current year or start of the next year. He directed party leaders and activist to knock door of each and every Pukhtoon for joining the banner of the ANP to untidily fight for their rights. He was proud over Musharraf reverse on Kalabagh Dan and quite hopefully announced that the Pukhtoon owned province would get its due name-PUKHTOONKHWA, very soon. ANP secretary general Mian Iftihar Hussain, secretary Buner Mian Syed Laiq Bacha, ex-MNA Abdul Mateen Khan, ex-candidate-Qaissar Wali Khan and many more delivered detail address. On the occasion the stage secretary-Qareebur Rehman advocate announced names of all those who were announced joining the ANP. Qisar Wali Khan in his address welcomed the new joiners and assured them all out help while the district secretary general Mian Syed Laiq Bacha announced that head of the new joiners-Maamoor Bacha is given membership in the district executive committee to ensure his voice in the decision making at district level.
